Welcome to Bonington Farm. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- General Information
Bonington Farm offers self-catering accommodation and event spaces on our farm property. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Bonington Farm.
- Booking Terms
Children
All ages are welcome. Children must be under adult supervision at all times due to the presence of farm animals, water features, and natural hazards.
Pets
Pets are permitted onsite (however must be pre arranged).
Accepted Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email from Bonington Farm.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your stay.
- Cancellation & Changes
Any changes to your booking should be communicated to Bonington Farm as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival will be eligible for a refund (minus any non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Rescheduling
- Standard Notice: Requests to reschedule a booking must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Rescheduling under these terms is subject to availability and may incur a re-booking fee of 20%. Requests to reschedule a booking less than 30 days before arrival will be subject to the full room fee.
- 2. Rate Fluctuations If a guest reschedules to a date with a higher seasonal rate (e.g., moving from a weekday to a weekend or a holiday period), the guest is responsible for paying the difference in price in addition to any rescheduling fees. No refunds or credits will be issued if the new date has a lower rate than the original booking.
- Extenuating Circumstances Bonington Farm reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive rescheduling fees in cases of documented emergencies or extreme weather conditions that make travel to the farm unsafe.
- Limit on Rescheduling A booking may only be rescheduled 1 time. After this, any further changes will be treated as a cancellation, and all payments will be forfeited.
- Use of Property & Conduct
Guests must respect the property and its surroundings.
Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Guests may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Liability
Bonington Farm is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests or their property during their stay.
Guests are strongly advised to have appropriate travel/holiday insurance to cover such incidents.
- Data Protection
Bonington Farm will comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data collected will only be used for administration, booking, customer service, safety, and marketing (if consent is given).
- Complaints
Any complaints regarding the accommodation or services should be made immediately to Bonington Farm to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue during your stay.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
11.. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Bonington Farm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on the Bonington Farm website and will take effect immediately (or as specified).
