Your Guide to the Farm

Where can I stay?
Here at the farm, we have 4 unique stays to suit whatever your plans are. For large groups, Freya’s Farmhouse (Sleeps 8) and Pamella’s Place (Sleeps 8) are the perfect place to gather. For more intimate escapes, Molly’s Cabin and The Grain Store make the most perfect Hideaway.
What is included with my stay?
Our stays are self-catered, meaning they have all the essentials needed for your stay: from soft, fluffy towels and luxurious linens to sink into, to tea and coffee to start off a slow morning. Our stays are equipped with proper kitchens and a stash of oil, salt and pepper and a range of utensils and cookware, so you can whip up whatever your heart desires.
Are your spaces child friendly?
Yes, our beautiful outdoor space is perfect for little ones to wander, without straying too far. Freya’s Farmhouse and Pamella’s Place are well equipped for little ones – with plenty of space to spread out, and we can also add a small single bed for a small cost to our cosier 2-person stays (Molly’s Cabin and the Grain Store) Stray a little along the path up to visit the horses, or linger a little while in our treehouse.
Bringing a very little one? We have 1 travel cot we can add to your stay, subject to availability.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes, your pets are allowed here at the farm. We do charge a small fee of £35. If you’d like to add a pet to your booking, please make your booking as normal, then get in touch via email to add the pet charge.

Can I check in earlier / check out later?
Yes, you can add additional check in/out hours for a small fee, up to 1pm check-in, and up to 12pm check-out. If you’d like to add additional check in/out hours, please drop us an email.
Where can I park?
We have plenty of space for parking on-site – your check-in guide contains a map to show you where to park. Need a charge? We have two EV chargers bookable at £15 per charge.
Can I use the hot tub / sauna?
Our stays that include a hot tub are Freya’s Farmhouse and Pamella’s Place. They are situated within the grounds of each stay, and are for private use of the guests staying in each location. Our only stay with a private Sauna is Freya’s Farmhouse, which is situated in the private garden of the farmhouse. Guests of Pamella’s Place can book a private sauna experience per-night to be added their stay at additional cost, subject to availability of the mobile Sauna.
How can I book the Film House?
The Film House is our private on-site cinema experience, which can be added to any existing booking with us. Once you have a booking, simply get in touch with us to request your desired slot.

How can I book a Full Farm Takeover?
Ever wanted to have all your friends gathered together for a big, beautiful gathering? Our full farm takeover is perfect for milestone birthdays, family gatherings, low-key hen parties and pre and post wedding accommodation (we are nearby to Sutton Bonington Hall, Pippley Walled Garden, Whatton House and Willow Marsh Farm!)
Our entire farm sleeps up to 20 guests across our four properties, with double beds throughout – plus full farm takovers get exclusive use of our Film House all to themselves.

What is Sunday Screenings?
Our new Sunday night offering, you can now add the Film House to any booking that starts on a Sunday, with our Sunday Screening Edit. Earlier check in, plus a complimentary visit to the Film House, on us. Sunday Screenings is an exclusive edit available only to guests who book directly.
Can I host a party with you?
Our spaces are bookable for parties and private events. Use our self-catered stays to host small hen/bachelorette gatherings, or laid-back birthday celebrations. We can put you in touch with our approved private caterers and chefs, as well as recommend a range of other suppliers to make your event memorable. Can I host my wedding at the farm?
Our farm makes a beautiful backdrop for weddings and events. We are set up to accommodate marquee weddings on a dry-hire basis for up to 150 people. We also hire out our Black Barn on a very exclusive basis for a few select weddings per year. For hire options for the Black Barn, please have your planner or coordinator reach out.
