BONINGTON FARM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Bonington Farm. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Bonington Farm offers self-catering accommodation and event spaces on our farm property. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Bonington Farm.

2. Booking Terms

• Children
  All ages are welcome. Children must be under adult supervision at all times due to the presence of farm animals, water features, and natural hazards.

• Pets
  Pets are permitted onsite (however must be pre arranged).

• Accepted Payment Methods
  Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards. 

• Check-In & Check-Out Times
  Check-in: 3:00 PM
  Check-out: 10:00 AM

3. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email from Bonington Farm.

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your stay.

4. Cancellation & Changes

• Any changes to your booking should be communicated to Bonington Farm as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival will be eligible for a refund (minus any non-refundable deposit).

• Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

5. Use of Property & Conduct

• Guests must respect the property and its surroundings.

• Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Guests may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

6. Liability

• Bonington Farm is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests or their property during their stay.

• Guests are strongly advised to have appropriate travel/holiday insurance to cover such incidents.

7. Data Protection

• Bonington Farm will comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Personal data collected will only be used for administration, booking, customer service, safety, and marketing (if consent is given).

8. Complaints

• Any complaints regarding the accommodation or services should be made immediately to Bonington Farm to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue during your stay.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

• Bonington Farm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Any changes will be posted on the Bonington Farm website and will take effect immediately (or as specified).
